FAQ
Is Zentor free?
No. Zentor is paid, and the plans are above. New accounts get a short trial with credits included, once, and you do not need a card to start it.
How much does Zentor cost?
The plans and what each one includes are above. You are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. If you are still deciding, look at the work it takes over first.
Is there a free trial?
Eligible new accounts get a 3-day trial with 1,000 credits at signup. Credits are granted once and trial access is limited. No card needed to begin.
How do credits work?
Credits meter AI and tool usage, and consumption varies by task rather than by a flat rate per run. Usage already incurred can consume credits even where a task does not finish cleanly.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits expire at the end of each billing period. Credits bought as a one-time pack are separate and expire after 365 days.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes, in $10 increments from $10 to $200, at 100 credits per dollar, as often as you need. A pack is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
What happens to my trial credits if I upgrade?
Any remaining trial credits are cleared and replaced by the credits for your billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It renews monthly, there is no contract, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is Zentor cheaper than ChatGPT Plus?
A chat subscription is a flat monthly fee whether the answer was worth having or not, and you still move the result into your own tools yourself. Zentor is one subscription too, but the work lands in Notion, Airtable or your inbox instead of in a chat window. Which is cheaper depends on how much of your week repeats: see the ChatGPT comparison.
How does the price compare to Claude or Cowork?
Cowork sits on the higher Claude plans, which are priced for professionals rather than for one person starting out. The larger difference is not the number: what Cowork learns about you stays in its workspace, and Zentor's memory is yours to export and take to another AI. More in the Claude comparison.
Manus and Genspark also sell credits. What is different?
Not the billing: Zentor meters credits too. The difference is where the result ends up and who keeps the context. They run a task in their own cloud and hand you the output to move; Zentor works inside your tools, and the memory it builds is yours to export. See the Manus comparison.
Notion AI costs less. Why pay for this?
If your work starts and finishes inside Notion, Notion AI is the cheaper answer and you should take it. This is for the weeks where the job carries on into a presentation, a marketplace backend or your inbox. See the Notion AI comparison.
I already pay for Zapier. Am I paying twice?
No, and you should keep Zapier for anything a fixed rule already solves. Zentor is for the work a rule cannot express: judgement, your tone, and state that carries from one run to the next. See the Zapier comparison.
