A lot of useful company context lives in Notion: product decisions, customer notes, task databases, meeting notes, content plans, and half-finished docs. Without a direct connection, an AI assistant can only work with the snippets you paste into chat.
The Notion integration gives Zentor a structured path into that workspace through Notion's hosted MCP server. That means your assistant can use live Notion context while writing, planning, researching, or organizing work, and it can do so through a connector flow instead of brittle browser scraping.
Use it when the task depends on your internal knowledge base: turn notes into project plans, summarize database entries, draft content from research pages, or cross-check a decision against the source doc.
Notion Agent works inside Notion. Zentor is for work that crosses tools: it keeps one workspace memory across Notion, Slack, Gmail, and Google Drive, so a request like "turn this Notion spec and last week's Slack thread into a launch checklist" is one task instead of a copy-paste job. Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients can also connect to Notion's hosted MCP server directly; Zentor uses the same server and adds that cross-tool memory plus model routing, including Claude models.
From November 2, 2026, Notion meters AI on Business and Enterprise plans in credits: 1,500 Standard and 500 Select per member each month, and Notion AI pauses when a balance runs out unless an admin turns on overflow. Notion's help center says everyday connected apps and the Notion API don't use those credits. Zentor bills its own credits, so it is a way to keep working on Notion pages after Notion AI pauses. Our guide to Notion AI credits covers the rules in detail.
